Quiet...
The calm before the storm...
On his throne Chaos sat, slouched over, two arms resting on the arms of his throne, the other two laced with each other. Chaos had always sat like this. Every cycle without fail, he would greet his chosen in this exact position. But, this wasn't business as usual. Within the God of Discord was a strain of impatience, of anxiety, and concern. He had been informed yet again, that he had lost the previous cycle, and the four cycles before that one as well. When he had heard, he flew into a rage, but he had managed to calm down somewhat towards the state he was now. Though that didn't stop him from being on edge, being just a little annoyed that his warriors kept failing him. He wondered what Cosmos was doing. Was that accursed woman laughing to herself about the victories she had obtained?
His laced hands clenched onto each other at the thought. He would turn that mocking laughter into screams of agony.
Chaos lightened his grip and closed his eyes for a moment, picking up on the lifeforms of all those he had summoned so far, deciphering their locations. There were more to be called, he was certain of that, but for now, this was the initial batch, the first of many. When that was done, he sent out a signal, a call, that only his chosen would be able to pick up on, a summons to his throne. They would be here any moment, from there, he would inform them once again of the war between harmony and discord. But he wondered, should he point out their failure in the previous war? Would that demoralize them or inspire them to win this time? Right now, victory over Cosmos was all that mattered to him, and he wanted to make sure he got it this time. Regardless, the first Warriors of Chaos would arrive soon, he would have to prepare them once again for another cycle of conflict.

Had the eighteenth cycle begun already?
Slowly, Garland started to wake from his slumber, lying facedown on the ground, near the Edge of Madness, Chaos's domain. The Stalwart was dazed for a moment before reaching for his weapon, placing the massive sword in the ground. From there, he lifted himself up onto his feet, using False Stalwart as a support for balance, of sorts. The last thing he remembered was being struck down as the Warriors of Cosmos headed towards the God of Discord. Judging from the eerie quiet of things, it was probably safe to say they had succeeded and the cycle had restarted. This brought Cosmos's win streak to five. Chaos would not be pleased upon learning such disheartening information. It was a time like this he was grateful for his unique ability to remember the events of previous cycles. It gave him an idea of what he, and his fellow warriors, were in for.
When he heard the call from Chaos, Garland could merely respond with a slight Hrmph before deciding to answer the call. Turning towards the volcano that held Chaos's throne, Garland began a casual stride towards the Edge of Madness, dragging False Stalwart behind him. The Stalwart made his way up the slope, heading towards the gateway that preceded the Edge of Madness. He was alone, so chances were that he would be the first person to arrive there. Perhaps the others had not yet received the call? Maybe they had gotten it and they were on their way, with Garland having gotten lucky in waking up near the throne of Chaos. Still, he didn't like the quiet. He was never comfortable when it was this quiet, not in this world, not within the infinite cycle. The world was sleeping for now, but hopefully it would wake up soon, and Garland could once again integrate into the world he was so accustomed to.
As he entered the Edge of Madness, he noticed the God of Discord sitting on his throne, in the same position he had for every cycle. Garland had always had a little bit of an odd feeling, knowing that he was gazing upon his future self, what he would become. The clanking of his armor being the only audible thing in this sleeping world, Garland made his way over to the center of the throne room. Placing his weapon in the ground, the Stalwart fell to one knee, placing his right hand on his chest, on his heart. It was his way of silently pledging loyalty to Chaos, it was something that he had done throughout every cycle. This one would be no different, as the two of them began to wait for the other warriors summoned by the god to appear. Garland knew the pattern, he knew that once they did, Chaos would begin his explanation, the same one he gave every cycle without fail.

The second to arrive was the Judge Magister, the previous warden of the hells of this realm. He had not received the summon to Chaos's throne like the others had, as he had not been resummoned for the eighteenth cycle. Rather, he had simply not been summoned back into any cycle after the twelfth, and his appearance would be his rise from those hells. He knew not what transpired in the cycles after his banishment, but from the number of Warriors of Chaos versus the number of Cosmos, he could safely surmise that they were on a winning streak for every cycle since then. He had no doubt that Chaos would be enraged by his emergence from hell, but perhaps the idea of having another dog to sick on Cosmos would quell that rage enough to prevent him from acting on it.
Garland and Chaos would hear another clanking set of armor, the judge emerging at the top of the Edge of Madness. It was just as he remembered it; equally hot and desolate to the realm he governed. This did not matter though. Highway Star and Chaos were attached to each other and he held the weapon in his hand, walking only about ten steps from the edge of the cliff that held the God of Discord's throne before kneeling, not believing that he was worth taking any more steps closer. His swords rested on the ground as he took up a pose similar to that of Garland, those his gaze had never gone above Chaos's feet. He had shamed Chaos in the one cycle he was part of, and had returned without truly being called. He knew they needed help, but at the same time he felt that he was stepping on a fine line with his actions.
Unleash your hatred on me if you wish, Chaos, but it will not end my loyalty. I act as I do for your benefit and nothing more, he thought to himself as he closed his eyes, resting them for a bit from staring at the brown dust beneath his feet. He would not rise from this position until explicitly told to rise or to leave, as he could not afford to cause more trouble than he already had by simply appearing.

Raising to his feet, Zulvan felt strange to be once again there, at the Edge of Madness. He remembered bits vaguely, so he was not certain what truly had played, but he could tell that he had been summoned by the God of Discord. He could not remember how long it had been, nor could he find any memories of the past. He had been there before, but somewhere he had slipped away. He supposed he had failed the God once, which he did not plan to make happen again. He would walk forward once more and take down the Goddess of Harmony.
For now, he moved up to the throne that Chaos sat upon. Seeing there were two others, both in armor much like him. He remembered Garland very well, he was always there by Chaos' side. Zulvan thought of him as a second-in-command figure. As a general, Zulvan would perhaps head some forces, but he was still belong those at the top. The second armored figure, he was not certain he had met. The memories were too vague, so he left that aside. With a last clatter of his armor, Zulvan had reached the top and stepped a bit to the side, as if to make way for who came next.
He continued his way forward before bringing himself down to one knee much like the other two, his weapon, however, remained sheathed and not placed on the ground. Much like the other two Warriors of Chaos, he kneeled before the God of Discord and remained silent in position. His thoughts only went to what they planned next. To create a strategy to take down Cosmos and the Warriors she had called out. No matter who these Warriors were this time.

The first thing that Raine thought was that this realm was unbearably hot, sweltering with heat the reminded her of her last memories of an event that filled her with fear and regret. It was rather hazy, and all the rang clearly was the call to come forth. Who was calling her? Running a hand through her auburn tresses slowly, she glanced around her surroundings, and wondered vaguely if she had been pulled to hell. A fitting place for her transgressions, but that still did not explain who had summoned her here. Before her loomed a large throne, and so Raine ventured closer to the area that was surrounded by three kneeling warriors. Brow furrowing, she soon took a much closer look at the demonic figure that was perched so calmly upon that throne. Oh, on the surface he was surely calm, but this demon was just simmering with so much rage and anger beneath the surface. His soul was brimming with the internalized emotions, and it did call to Raine in a way. It was not important, because it hardly appeared as if she belonged here. These men dressed in dark armor, imposing figures that looked as if they could crush her delicate framed, dressed in pink and white.
Raine held a dispassionate gaze, not even bothering to kneel down before this apparent God. Never had she showed respect to the tyrant that had destroyed her home, so why should she to this man that had pulled her into this apparent hell? Should she raise her voice to her objections, but a warning voice told her to mind her place. A voice that resembled her sister's, and it held her rebellious nature at bay. The young woman held Chaos' gaze calmly, but she soon cast it away to look upon the kneeling men. No doubt they had more answers than she did, because this realm held no familiarity to her at all. A place of heat and of desolation. Was she to serve this tyrant? The thought had her wanting to grit her teeth, because it just seemed too similar to the Empire. He may have strung her down to this cause, but he would not temper her spirit. "Are we to learn of the hand the fates have dealt us?" Raine quietly intoned after a moment, expression carefully vacant as she gazed upon Chaos once more.
Oh, no, her demeanor was respectful and demure. Never could anyone gather a hint of the emotions that lurked beneath her surface, and so would it remain. It still seemed that hare life was not her own to control, and her fuzzy memories also worried her. Only one person stood out clearly to her, and that was her dearest sister. Had this demon summoned her as well? Raine nearly blanched at the mere thought, because Laine was far too gentle to ever participate in this summons. Her own hands were bloodied, and so it was a fitting end for her, but not one she would accept quietly. Raine would have to acquire the knowledge, and so would she ingratiate herself with her 'fellow' comrades. Dispassionate once more, Raine allowed her gaze to wander upon a point beyond Chaos, disinterested in her surroundings. Study and execute, a strategy she had learned very, very well.

These four...
Were they it? He had summoned many many warriors, where were they? Had they all decided to ignore his summons? Where were they? Were they all off doing as they pleased? Just the thought of it started to grate Chaos's nerves. Even then, of the ones here, he only recognized one of them; and that would be Garland. His faithful servant was the first to arrive. The God of Discord expected nothing less. The others however, those who had been summoned in previous wars, there would be no such welcome. For Gabranth, the man was a vague blur in his mind. The Judge gave him a sense of... familiarity, yet he did not truly remember the man. Gabranth's thoughts reached his head, and Chaos merely stared, wondering just what the man meant by those words? Had he betrayed Chaos in the past? Shamed him? The deity was not sure what to make of it, or what to do about it.
But two others... the first, Zulvan... not unlike Gabranth, Chaos couldn't remember the man from previous cycles. Unfortunately, unlike Gabranth, Chaos couldn't remember anything about the warrior. Not one single detail. Had it been so long? The man took on a familiar form, not unlike Garland and Gabranth, with somewhat similar headgear. Chaos found it slightly amusing, as he found the helmet to be a hybrid of sorts, of the other two armored warriors here. The deity however, was called over to the other, the fourth, and while this one was a female, she could've easily been considered the "odd man out". Not just in gender, not just in looks, but even in action, dialogue, and weaponry, everything about her was different. Wordlessly, he shifted in his seat, slowly turning his gaze to the young girl, playfully forming the "Pyramid of Evil" with his fingers.
He supposed she had a point.
One of his arms that had been resting on the arm of his throne moved, bending to allow him to rest his head in his hand. "This world is one of battle, of endless conflict between two Gods. Cosmos, Goddess of Harmony..." Chaos began, his voice deep and calm, despite his feelings for the constant losses. He trailed off, allowing himself to shift again. He knew the name, but not the familiarity that came with it. Were these also memories that wished to come out? "Against myself, Chaos, God of Discord. You have been summoned to fight against, and ultimately kill, Cosmos." It was simple to explain really, there wasn't much complexity about it. But, there was one thing he had to explain. "As for your memories, which you are undoubtedly confused over, most of them have been erased, in order to increase your capabilities by destroying such... hindrances." Chaos paused before the last word. "If you wish to regain them, they should return over the course of the conflict."
Having felt he gave a satisfactory explanation, Chaos shifted back into his usual position. What qualified them for such a summoning, he cared not to explain. The objective was obvious; beat up Cosmos, that was good enough for him. He turned his gaze to Raine once again, allowing himself to answer her. "That, in your words, is 'the hand the fates have dealt you.'"

((OOC: FYI, there's no real posting order, so go ahead and post.)) As expected, warriors began to arrive. Even then, Garland had to admit that he had been taken slightly aback by the first two arrivals. Namely because he recognized them. Gabranth had been making his return since the twelfth cycle, having been banished to the underworld for his failure. Zulvan on the other hand, seemed to have been kept on a list that Chaos just now decided to take a peek over. He was making his debut since the sixth cycle. Garland found it a bit odd that these two were the first to arrive. Surely these were not the only ones that Chaos had summoned, or worse yet, the only ones that were left. He started to wonder, had the Warriors of Cosmos found a way to bypass the resurrection process much like the manikins? But that didn't make any sense, if they had, then why was he here? He knew for a fact that he had been killed in the previous cycle.
He did however, take note of the arrival of the girl. The Stalwart didn't recognize her, she must've been new to the cycle. The girl would soon realize just what she would have to experience. She would have to adapt quickly or she'd be slaughtered. He remained silent as Chaos explained the situation. It was the same explanation he gave every cycle without fail. He never went into detail, simply letting those he had chosen experience the reality of the situation themselves. However, Garland knew the truth, the minute details of the conflict, the things no one else fighting had knowledge of. However, Garland wouldn't move from his position just yet. The explanation had finished, and the Warriors of Chaos would no doubt begin to interact. But for now, he would simply continue to kneel, silent with his head bowed. He felt no point in 'getting to know' his allies. He retained his memories after all, so it was pointless to him. He'd learn about them on the battlefield soon enough.

Borghen had never been there before, but he knew he had been called out. Perhaps he was given a chance once more. As the man looked around him on the staircase, he shivered. "Or... not..." Had he sunk down in hell to an even more hellish place? Still, he had the feeling, a feeling that kept him not to sink down in his boots and lay there still to hope demons will assume he's just some body that no longer had the will to live. The man definitely had been wrong in ever betraying his people. But if I hadn't, I died quicker! Another shiver went over his spine.
Still, somehow the memories were foggy. Borghen tried to think about... "Hrm?" The man scratched his head and looked awfully confused, what was it called again? That stupid place I'm from! What about... he was... prince? I... The man stared dull at the staircase, he had forgotten! "By the... Well, it's probably better!" An evil smirk appeared across his face, thinking he could not remember what he had done, so he supposed he was truly getting another chance.
The former count of Fynn moved all the more cheerfully up the staircase and as he arrived up, he heard a terrifying voice. When shifting his eyes over the plateau, his expression went from cheerful to utter despair. He saw three armored guys in such heavy armor that he assumed them to be some high guards, their faces were covered as well, so it was only more awful to think what might be under those helmets. With at the end a throne, with sitting in it a monstrous form that made Borghen turn to solid stone, freezing him in place of fear on what might be going on. The only one that did not appear imposing was a girl, which he assumed to be one of the punished ones.
From the words the monstrosity spoke, apparently a God, they were simply called for battle. His freezed state somewhat ended as a slight smirk appeared across his face. He brought one hand under his chin as he stood silently at the staircase, not caring if he blocked the way for others. The battle in itself seemed interesting and probably was the thing that gave him another chance. Memories did not bother him, perhaps only on why he died in the end, "so we fight this... Cosmo-goddess and we get another chance? I assume there's something behind it all that you're not telling," Borghen said as he walked forward.
"Does this Goddess, much like yourself, have fighters to protect her?" The former noble and general continued, "then I'd take it that this battle is harder. What happens when the Goddess dies, or what if we die? Or even you die?" He continued the stream of questions, they all troubled him. He couldn't care less if the God of Discord ended up dead, as long as he didn't get crushed or something as well. Nor did he like the idea of getting killed and be disposed off like garbage, maybe he'd even end up in an even rotten hell.

Raine listened with rapt attention as the apparent God of Discord explained his cause to these summoned Warriors. Her gaze still rested upon the endless terrain of fire and brimstone, the sweltering heat causing her cheeks to flush just a little. Summoned to fight a needless war, and she wondered where she had experienced that before. The young woman wished to sneer in distaste, but it would do little to show her displeasure. Fate was not her own, and so she had been thrown into this callous battle between two Deities. All so pointless in the end, and all it served to do was kill and maim the soul and mind. Perhaps it was a good thing her own had been already mangled, and that would be one advantage at the least. No doubt there would be Warriors this Goddess had summoned to play along the same plucked strings that orchestrated this conflict. Whisked into this world for this God of Discord, but easily cast aside should she prove useless in this war. What choice did she have? Little to what was before her now, but more avenues would present themselves to her as time went on.
"Bereft of memories and of home, and naught to do but tread the path you have graciously set before us," Raine murmured, allowing her gaze to flicker back to Chaos as he regarded her. It did appear her question had been answered, and all she did was nod quietly. It seemed that the God of Discord was done his allocution, and so the Warriors were left to converse amongst themselves. Oceanic irises flickered to the three armored figure that continued to kneel before Chaos, but one sight had her tensing in vague recognition in the style of armor. Within her hazy memories she could recall such armor before, and the title Judge Magister flickered within her mind. A burning resentment and hatred suddenly seized her heart, but Raine looked away from the man. It seemed that not only she had been summoned from Ivalice, but the reasons to her consuming emotions were hazy at best. It would not do to fight amongst these allies, but she hardly believed she would be the only one to scheme in the shadows.
Raine was pulled from her musings as a rather stout and sour man appeared behind her, and she raised a delicate eyebrow. Oh, even she could taste the cowardice on his soul, and it sickened her to see such a man amongst them. Faint amusement danced in her eyes at seeing him frozen before the monstrous appearance of the God of Discord. Yes, Chaos' presence was rather intimidating to take in, but perhaps she lacked proper fear. The man soon sidled up next to herself and the others, and endless stream of questions pouring forth. Oh, it would be an interesting sight to behold if the God decided to answer, or merely smite him for his impudence. "If this is an endless conflict, then I surmise it would begin anew, the pawns set into place once more for the war to be set into motion," Raine drawled, not even disguising her contempt for the new Warrior. The young woman brushed past him, heading toward the stairs, because this useless mingling was beyond her. If the Warriors wished to aid her, then they would seek her out.

The same speech as back then. Chaos spoke the same words to the few warriors gathered as he did back when Gabranth was summoned. He could remember them clearly, as it was what gave him his purpose in this realm back then. This time, as he heard the reason for their gathering, it simply added fuel to the fire that was his cause. Chaos did not seem to show any signs of hostility towards him, which boded well for the future. He couldn't help but wonder why that was, the possibility that Chaos suffered from memory loss like summoned warriors indeed crossing his mind. However, it was only a possibility to him; the judge couldn't be certain of the truth.
Judging from the reactions of some of the others, it seemed that perhaps Chaos wished for them to depart. He was definitely done speaking, nothing new to add for this eighteenth cycle of conflict. Gabranth had an idea of what he would do first, and so rising from his kneeled posture but with his head still down, he approached the other armored man whom he knew well enough. his twin swords gripped in hand in their combined form. Garland was still kneeling, but it'd be hard not to notice the approaching steps.
"It seems things have begun again, Garland. Most likely this time, the cycle of resurrection will be a quickened process," he spoke calmly, judging Garland's reaction to the whole thing. He had a good enough idea about Garland's retained knowledge, as they were both at least similar in that respect. Each time they had met back in the Underworld, it felt like a reunion rather than a first-time meeting, which was very much the case with the other warriors on both sides.
Unknown to him, but clearly visible to whom it mattered most, the insignia of Archadia on his cape was now fully visible. Should she turn to look, things would go down hill very quickly.

A voice within her mind was willing her to stop--to listen and hear what these other Warriors had to say. It may prove useful to her own means, and perhaps she should at least try to form an alliance of some sort? A useful thing to do, but none of these men were someone she could see herself associating with. The one she had addressed was little more than a coward, and the others reminded her far too much of the Judges from her world with that armor. Her memories consisted solely of the war she had taken a part in, and all of the happy memories of what should have been her childhood were gone. All that was hers was the hatred and bitterness she felt, and the protection she owed to her sister. Her home destroyed, and any sense of herself along with it. Raine soon realized she had halted in her steps, her musings keeping her far too distanced from reality. Not that she cared for this reality in any way. Forced to do yet another tyrant's bidding, but she dare not voice that thought aloud. Chaos was still upon his throne, and she had no wish to die as of yet.
A voice soon filtered through the sweltering air, and Raine turned to see who had spoken. Oceanic eyes flickered to an obsidian cape, the red insignia blared up at her to distinguish. Her eyes went blank, and a turmoil of emotions bubbled to the surface. A blatant reminder of her very clear memories of the war, of the Empire that had destroyed everything. This man had been a part of it, and the title of Judge Magister flickered through her mind. The hounds of the Empire, and the so-called keeper of the law. Slim fingers curled into the palm of her hand, nails digging into her skin harshly enough to draw blood. "You..." she murmured. Hatred was apparent in her eyes, trembling into her very soul. Oh, how she wished she could summon her scythe and devour his very soul. Trembling with rage and anger, Raine had to remember herself. Emotions she held back were quick to overcome her, wanting to lash out at this man that was her sworn enemy.
Raine eased off, knowing that the God of Discord was still before her. If she proved herself too easily overcome, then what use would he have for her? No doubt fighting in the ranks was not uncommon, but at the very moment they had been summoned? She turned her back to the man, her eyes closing as she thought of the one person that could calm her. Laine's face flickered through her mind, and even that was a little hazy. She had a reason to be here, and that was to protect her younger sister. The Judge would pay at a later date, and when she had thought of a proper way to do so. By the time she was through, he would be begging for mercy. Her hands were already stained with blood, so what did one more life matter?

While the presence of the girl had already been noticed by Zulvan, he did not expect one of the Warriors of Cosmos to be already here. When Chaos gave his speech, seemingly to the girl for the most part and another presence that had made its appearance. He just felt... at unease about this one. It made the man even turn his head lightly to see the strange man, whom he identified as a coward. To have such a man appear in a cycle seemed worthless. However, he supposed he shouldn't bother himself with the man at all.
The girl did speak something, which was replied to by the God of Discord. This was before the strange man let out a stream of questions, only showing his foolishness more. If Chaos did not slay the man on the spot, Zulvan would be somewhat surprised, but he supposed the man had some uses, even as fodder he could at least be some trouble. The girl also spoke again and Zulvan noticed next to him that the armored man whose name he did not know, came up and spoke to Garland.
Zulvan remained kneeling much like Garland did and thought to wait for more Warriors of Chaos to make their appearance. He was almost certain there had to be more, if this was all, then they had to really think their plans out before moving into battle. Even the fat coward would be an important piece to play and none of the pieces should be lost for selfish reasons. Perhaps... perhaps speaking each individual will show how they are put to best use, the general thought and memorised it to deal with later.

"Uh..?"
On the warm ground, Remedi awoke. She felt terrible and was confused at first when seeing her surroundings. Slowly some of her memories came up, this was another cycle. Slowly, the queen got to her feet and held her staff up as she looked over the place. There weren't any people there, which confused her slightly, but she supposed they had already moved to Chaos' throne. When turning, she saw a strange man walking up the stairs to Chaos. Seeing the man's movements, she saw him as a weakling that had no place amongst the Warriors of Chaos. Whether the man was a joke or something dangerous, she wasn't sure.
Brushing her dress of any soil, she stepped also to the staircase to head up and find the others. On her way, she tried to think of what memories she had left. Due to losing the cycle, she had lost most of her memories, much like she lost most of her memories of her past life in the previous cycle. Her goal still stood, which was good.
Coming up at the plateau, her eyes scanned over the people present. Three armoured men, two kneeling and one standing over another. A girl that seemed out of place and the strange man that smelled off a coward. And, of course, the main man of this side: Chaos, the God of Discord. She wondered what was going on here at current. No word was said, but words she missed. She did not speak herself.

Of course he heard the Judge Magister moving to his position, but he really didn't give much, if any of a response. Garland still wasn't really feeling talkative, nor was he feeling like discussing old times or previous conflicts with Gabranth. As such, he didn't respond to Gabranth's attempt at chatter, instead, merely rising to his feet as he gripped False Stalwart. He was never one to mingle, and had already planned to leave once the whole explanation event was over in the first place. However, between the girl, and the judge, Garland knew that something was boiling that in all honesty, he had no desire to be a part of. He could already pick up an animosity between some of the warriors here, but ultimately, such things did not concern him. Whatever was causing such feelings they could sort out on there own, Garland was going to take his leave.
Turning to Gabranth, he only gave a slight nod before walking towards the exit, dragging his massive weapon behind him. On the way there, he passed Borghen, taking note of the questions he had asked. There was no point in asking Chaos. He doubted the God of Discord would answer him, and in truth, the Stalwart found it puzzling that such a coward was summoned. Perhaps he was summoned due to a relation of a previous warrior? There was only one way that Garland could learn such a thing for himself. The Stalwart stopped for a moment before turning his gaze to the Count. "If this is such a concern for you, then what prevents you from finding out for yourself?" If he could goad the coward into fighting, then surely his memories would return over time. The idea that Chaos might have a plan even Garland wasn't aware of was definitely something worth checking into.
Regardless, he wouldn't wait for Borghen's response, as he immediately started down the stairs, paying no mind to the recently arrived queen, and away from the group.

Borghen stared at the girl's words. She knew some interesting ones, he did not expect such speech from someone like him, but the words did make him suddenly think of his actions. His many questions had not been the smartest thing to do and pretty much all of the Warriors present ignored him entirely. One of the armored turned to another instead while the third remained silently kneeling in place.
Even the woman that suddenly appeared behind him seemed like she was annoyed with the man. As if he was a mistake to be present. When the large armored man that had been asked a question by another, moved past. He was getting frightened by his words only that after a short look at the God of Discord, he turned away and followed the man named Garland down the staircase. Before Chaos thought about this thoroughly and got rid of him early. He preferred not to go through Hell again.
While he fled from the scene with the Warriors of Chaos, he did memorise everyone that had been present. Just to be certain whom were on his 'side', even if they were seemingly against him, he was perhaps able to use one or two. Maybe even fooling some, but first it was better to learn more about the opposite side.
[Borghen left the thread.]
