A clock tower full up grinding gears, and a winding ramp that twists all the way to the top. The spiral staircase is rather dilapidated, and so it would be wise to watch your step yet again. Time compression some times takes effect, reversing time to reform broken area, creating a rather blurry and hazy atmosphere.
